IL1R1

IL1R1（為Interleukin-1 Receptor Type 1）是白細(xì)胞介素-1（Interleukin-1，IL-1）家族中的一員。 結(jié)構(gòu)是一個(gè)單一的跨膜蛋白，含有外部區(qū)域、跨膜區(qū)和胞內(nèi)區(qū)域。外部區(qū)域包括多個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)域，如三個(gè)免疫球蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)域（Ig-like domains），用于與細(xì)胞因子結(jié)合。當(dāng)機(jī)體遭受感染、損傷或其他炎癥刺激時(shí)，細(xì)胞會(huì)產(chǎn)生IL-1，然后IL-1與IL1R1在細(xì)胞表面結(jié)合，形成IL-1/IL1R1復(fù)合體。這個(gè)復(fù)合體激活了細(xì)胞內(nèi)的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)通路，如NF-κB和MAPK等，從而引發(fā)炎癥反應(yīng)和免疫應(yīng)答。 IL1R1在免疫調(diào)節(jié)和炎癥過(guò)程中起著重要作用。它在許多炎癥性和免疫性疾病中發(fā)揮著關(guān)鍵的調(diào)控作用，如風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎、炎癥性腸病、類(lèi)風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎等。因此，IL1R1成為了治療這些疾病的一個(gè)潛在靶點(diǎn)。

Then 10% normal goat serum was Incubated to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (1μg/1*106cells) for 45 min at 4°C. The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at 1/200 dilution for 35 min at 4°C. Isotype control antibody (green line) was mouse IgG1 (1μg/1*106cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.
