OSM

OSM（Oncostatin M）是一種細(xì)胞因子蛋白。它是白細(xì)胞介素6（Interleukin-6，IL-6）家族中的成員之一，其結(jié)構(gòu)是一種由單一多肽鏈組成的蛋白質(zhì)，它與細(xì)胞表面上的受體結(jié)合，觸發(fā)下游信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑。 OSM在免疫調(diào)節(jié)、細(xì)胞增殖、分化和炎癥等生理過程中發(fā)揮著重要作用。參與調(diào)控多種細(xì)胞類型的增殖和分化，包括肝細(xì)胞、胚胎干細(xì)胞、神經(jīng)細(xì)胞等。在炎癥性疾病中，OSM可以調(diào)節(jié)免疫細(xì)胞的活化和炎癥反應(yīng)。在腫瘤發(fā)展中，OSM可能促進(jìn)腫瘤細(xì)胞的增殖和侵襲。 由于OSM在生理和病理過程中的重要作用，對(duì)其的研究對(duì)于理解免疫調(diào)節(jié)、炎癥反應(yīng)和腫瘤生物學(xué)等方面具有重要意義。同時(shí)，OSM也被認(rèn)為是潛在的治療靶點(diǎn)，針對(duì)OSM和其受體的治療方法可能有助于調(diào)節(jié)疾病過程和發(fā)展新的治療策略。
