IL5RA
IL5RA，即白細(xì)胞介素5受體亞單位α，它是一種主要表達(dá)在單核細(xì)胞、T細(xì)胞和B細(xì)胞等免疫細(xì)胞表面的細(xì)胞因子受體。IL5RA的作用機(jī)制是與IL-5配體結(jié)合，形成α鏈和β鏈的異二聚體受體復(fù)合物，進(jìn)而激活下游的信號傳導(dǎo)途徑，如JAK/STAT、MAPK、PI3K和NF-κB等，調(diào)節(jié)免疫細(xì)胞的增殖、分化和功能。IL5RA對調(diào)節(jié)免疫應(yīng)答、細(xì)胞分化和炎癥反應(yīng)等生理過程至關(guān)重要，其異常表達(dá)或功能失調(diào)與多種疾病，包括腫瘤、炎癥和自身免疫性疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。
