IL23R

IL23R，即白細(xì)胞介素23受體，別名 IL 23R、IL-23 receptor、IL-23R、IL23 Receptor、Il23r。它是一種由IL23R基因編碼的蛋白質(zhì)，屬于I型細(xì)胞因子受體家族成員，主要在免疫系統(tǒng)的細(xì)胞如T細(xì)胞和NK細(xì)胞中表達(dá)。IL23R的作用機(jī)制涉及與其配體IL-23結(jié)合，進(jìn)而激活JAK2/STAT3信號(hào)通路，促進(jìn)Th17細(xì)胞的分化和激活，參與調(diào)節(jié)免疫應(yīng)答和炎癥反應(yīng)。IL23R參與了多種免疫細(xì)胞的激活和調(diào)節(jié)過(guò)程，尤其是與Th17細(xì)胞的分化和自身免疫性疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。IL23R的功能異常與多種疾病有關(guān)，包括炎癥性腸病、克羅恩病、銀屑病、強(qiáng)直性脊柱炎和潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎等。因此，IL23R是免疫學(xué)研究和相關(guān)疾病治療中的一個(gè)潛在靶點(diǎn)。研究表明，IL-23介導(dǎo)的信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)在炎癥性腸病、克羅恩病和潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎的病理學(xué)中起著重要作用，同時(shí)，IL-23驅(qū)動(dòng)的Th17細(xì)胞在炎癥中也起著關(guān)鍵作用。
