HAVCR2
HAVCR2，即甲型肝炎病毒細(xì)胞受體2，別名TIM-3（T細(xì)胞免疫球蛋白域和粘蛋白域-3）。它是一種主要在T細(xì)胞上表達(dá)的跨膜蛋白，屬于TIM家族成員之一。HAVCR2的作用機(jī)制涉及到與多種配體的結(jié)合，包括磷酸酶CD244和磷脂酰絲氨酸（PS），在免疫應(yīng)答中發(fā)揮調(diào)節(jié)作用，特別是作為抑制性受體參與調(diào)節(jié)T細(xì)胞的活性。HAVCR2在自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病、腫瘤免疫監(jiān)視和免疫逃逸等免疫反應(yīng)的調(diào)節(jié)中發(fā)揮著不同的作用，是適應(yīng)性免疫中的一種抑制分子，且在某些腫瘤中表達(dá)水平的變化與疾病進(jìn)展相關(guān)，因此它也是免疫治療研究中的潛在靶點(diǎn)。
