IGF1R
IGF1R，即胰島素樣生長因子1受體，它是一種廣泛存在于多種組織和細胞中的跨膜受體蛋白。IGF1R由IGF1R基因編碼，是胰島素受體家族的成員之一。其作用機制涉及與胰島素樣生長因子1（IGF-1）或胰島素（Insulin）結合后，激活其內在的酪氨酸激酶活性，進而觸發(fā)下游的信號傳導途徑，包括PI3K/AKT、MAPK/ERK和JAK/STAT等。這些信號通路在細胞的增殖、分化、代謝和存活中發(fā)揮關鍵作用。在生物學意義上，IGF1R對促進細胞生長、調節(jié)細胞周期、維持組織穩(wěn)態(tài)和促進傷口愈合等方面具有重要作用。此外，IGF1R在胚胎發(fā)育、骨骼生長和神經保護中也扮演著關鍵角色。然而，IGF1R的異常激活與多種癌癥的發(fā)生發(fā)展有關，包括乳腺癌、肺癌和結直腸癌等，因此它也是癌癥治療中的一個潛在靶點。

Overlay Peak curve showing Hela cells surface stained with CSB-RA011087MA1HU (red line) at 1:50. Then 10% normal goat serum was Incubated to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (1μg/1*106cells) for 45 min at 4°C. The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at 1/200 dilution for 35 min at 4°C. Isotype control antibody (green line) was mouse IgG1 (1μg/1*106cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10, 008 events was performed.
