    The GUCY2C antibody is a polyclonal antibody generated in the rabbit with the recombinant human GUCY2C protein (636-891aa) immunized. It is an unconjugated IgG. Its purity is over 95% using protein G affinity chromatography purified. This GUCY2C antibody has been quality controlled in ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF applications. It can react with human and mouse GUCY2C proteins. GUCY2C plays a crucial role in maintaining intestinal hydration and proper digestion and absorption of nutrients.

    GUCY2C is also involved in regulating intestinal epithelial cell growth and differentiation, modulating intestinal inflammation and immune responses, and potentially in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
