        表皮素（Epinephrine）是由腎上腺髓質(zhì)細(xì)胞合成的一種兒茶酚胺類激素，也稱為腎上腺素。在應(yīng)激時(shí)，表皮素能夠激活心血管系統(tǒng)、增加血糖和血脂、擴(kuò)張氣道等。它是應(yīng)激反應(yīng)的重要調(diào)節(jié)因子。表皮素在人體內(nèi)的濃度隨著應(yīng)激而升高。在應(yīng)激反應(yīng)中，表皮素釋放后能夠迅速刺激骨髓中的造血干細(xì)胞，增加白細(xì)胞和紅細(xì)胞的數(shù)量，提高機(jī)體的應(yīng)對(duì)能力。
