        FT4（游離甲狀腺素）：FT4是甲狀腺素中的游離形式，是人體代謝功能的重要調(diào)節(jié)因子之一。它是由甲狀腺腺體分泌的主要甲狀腺激素之一，與T3一樣，對(duì)細(xì)胞的能量代謝、生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育、心血管、神經(jīng)等系統(tǒng)的正常功能都有著重要的影響。FT4的含量水平是甲狀腺功能的重要指標(biāo)，甲狀腺功能亢進(jìn)時(shí)FT4水平會(huì)升高，甲狀腺功能減退時(shí)FT4水平則會(huì)降低。
