產(chǎn)品描述:AMH(Anti-Müllerian Hormone,抗穆勒管激素)是一種由男性和女性生殖系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的激素,對(duì)性腺的發(fā)育和功能有重要調(diào)節(jié)作用。在男性中,AMH由睪丸的若干細(xì)胞合成,主要抑制穆勒管的發(fā)育,對(duì)睪丸的生殖細(xì)胞發(fā)育和精子生成起重要作用。在女性中,AMH由卵巢的成熟卵泡中合成,可以作為評(píng)估卵巢儲(chǔ)備和卵子質(zhì)量的生物標(biāo)志物。AMH的含量可以在生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中用于評(píng)估生育能力和卵巢功能。
