EFNA5

肝配蛋白A5（Ephrin A5，EFNA5）是受體酪氨酸激酶家族（RTKs）成員之一，定位于細(xì)胞膜，在皮膚、腦、脾、腎臟、心臟和脂肪中均有較高表達(dá)。酪氨酸激酶受體Eph及其膜結(jié)合配體Ephrin家族是發(fā)育相關(guān)神經(jīng)生長(zhǎng)抑制因子，在神經(jīng)發(fā)育過程中的許多環(huán)節(jié)發(fā)揮著重要作用。它們激活突觸雙向信號(hào)通路激發(fā)突感的可塑性，調(diào)控局部神經(jīng)元的投射、突觸重塑、功能建立及干細(xì)胞的增殖分化遷移過程。Ephrin A5（EFNA5）是此家族配體中的研究熱點(diǎn)之一。EFNA5能夠與其受體結(jié)合發(fā)揮重要的生理功能，如參與神經(jīng)發(fā)生、血管生成、促進(jìn)細(xì)胞增殖與分化、平衡葡萄糖穩(wěn)態(tài)、維持晶狀體發(fā)育、調(diào)控雌性哺乳動(dòng)物生殖、動(dòng)員脂肪產(chǎn)熱等等。新近研究發(fā)現(xiàn)Ephrin A5/EphA4可調(diào)控TrkB/PI-3K/Akt通路，與難治性癲癇慢性期自發(fā)性癇性發(fā)作機(jī)制相關(guān)。
