DGKZ

Diacylglycerol kinase zeta is a protein in humans that is encoded by DGKZ gene. Displays a strong preference for 1,2-diacylglycerols over 1,3-diacylglycerols, but lacks substrate specificity among molecular species of long chain diacylglycerols. Isoform 2 but not isoform 1 regulates RASGRP1 activity.
