Q:

Can you please provide the following information regarding your product GLP1R recombinant protein (CSB-EP009514HU):
1) I'm interested in the E. coli expression of this recombinant protein for the use in an SPA assay. Can this protein be used in this application?
2) Can you please send the COA for the E. coli expressed protein from either a current lot or a past lot? I want to see an example of the SDS-page and purity for the E. coli expressed protein.

1)Sorry,we didn't use it in an SPA assay. Our protein is for research use only. But it is suitable in theory. We suggest you to order a small size for evaluation firstly.
2)We will send the COA for the E. coli expressed protein through email, the SDS-PAGE image as well as purity information are included in the COA.

靶點詳情

  • 功能:
G-protein coupled receptor for glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1). Ligand binding triggers activation of a signaling cascade that leads to the activation of adenylyl cyclase and increased intracellular cAMP levels. Plays a role in regulating insulin secretion in response to GLP-1.
